As well as maintaining the facilities at the Gratton the Trustees are always looking to expand and improve the use of the Gratton. There are a number of projects on the road map, all of which will require funding from your donations or grants.

- An orchard of fruit trees – complete
- Reinstate flood lighting for tennis and football training – complete
- Fundraise for a new lawn mower – complete
- Extend the pathways to connect to the boardwalk – complete
- Replace jetty into the River Dever – complete
- Upgrade the Zip Line runway – complete
- Install a boardwalk bench – complete
- Install solar panels on the Pavilion roof – complete
- Repair the perimeter path – complete
- Replace gates on to the Gratton – complete
- Install vehicle bollards – complete
- Build BBQ gas locker – complete
- Install 3 phase commando sockets – complete
- Resurface the car park – complete
- Replace picnic benches – in progress
